Lebanon County Bulletin partners with Column to offer affordable and convenient publication of paid public notices and legal advertisements as oftentimes required by Pennsylvania law.

Public notices and legal advertisements can be published by visiting lebcobulletin.column.us/place. You may need to create a new Column account to access this service, if you don’t already have such an account.

Here are some helpful tips to keep in mind:

• Lebanon County Bulletin is generally unable to provide or edit text submitted for public notices and legal advertisements. You may want to consult with a lawyer as appropriate given your situation.
• All pricing information is available through Column. Legal ads are priced at $3.50 per line, plus a 10% Column fee.
• Signed and notarized affidavits of publication will be sent by email as a default, but you may also have them mailed to a domestic address. Affidavits will also be available for download through your Column account.
• All collection of payments, including invoicing, is done through Column. Credit cards are recommended for fastest processing; invoices can also be sent by request and paid through check. Lebanon County Bulletin does not collect payments for legal advertising directly.
